Problems that result from:
- External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power
- Servicing not authorized by SecurityBusinessWorld
- Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions
- Failure to follow the product instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenance
- Problems caused by using accessories, parts, or components not supplied by SecurityBusinessWorld
- Products with missing or altered Service Tags or serial numbers
- Products for which SecurityBusinessWorld has not received payment

| What “after sale support” is provided? |

| What happens in the event of a power outage? |
| To protect the DVR, we suggest you to use a power backup, which serves as a surge protection device and a power source for a limited period of time in the event of a power failure. If the power failure continues for an extended period of time, the DVR will intelligently shut itself down. When the power returns it will return to its mode immediately prior to the interruption of power. |
